Every pregnant women seems to lament the lack of comfortable sleep during pregnancy. Between the baby kicking, endless bathroom trips and sore backs, it is a wonder that you can even sleep!
During the first trimester, it is usually only bathroom trips you need to worry about. So rest up now!
The best sleeping position for a mom-to-be is on the left side. This ensures unobstructed blood flow while you sleep – but don’t panic if you wake up in a different position. Simply roll back over to your left side again.

Maternity Pillow – This is specially designed with two pillows attached together with an adjustable fabric panel, so one pillow supports your back and the other supports your stomach.
Wedge Pregnancy Pillow – Supports your belly by putting the wedge shaped pillow underneath.
Full Length Body Pillow – This is the ulimate of pregnancy pillows. It is shaped in a u-fashion, and supports the pack, the belly, and the pillow goes between the knees to provide the best back support.
